Lemon Pipers (Green tamborine?) will be 2 (mistyped as 4), so I think that just leaves 2 and 3.
4 could be the Cryin' Shames if teh setter thinks their name was Crying Shames, although according to this their best chart possition looks a sif it was 22 so not Top 20
