Yes to all of then Bob x
7d Prognoses

Yes to the others - Bob, it's much fairer & to the spirit of AB if you post the clues for people without the puzzle :-)

thanks margo
To be fair L-iK Bob did actually give the clues here. Perhaps better if he had put stupid person/dullard?
Bob the best way is to put -
18d stupid person (and then give any letters you have) d?ll??d
Yes, ok Margo, fair point - I really meant in the "accepted fashion", as you've shown :-)

7d is still 'prognosEs'

Not the full info as asked for in guidelines though, and it would have been nice of Bob to thank for the correct answer to 7d.
Yes sorry - I meant to acknowledge my mistake x

F.A.O.Lie in king
I try to get the clues and pencil in,I find the cryptic clues difficult to understand
for example this weeks 1a Reptile eats scrawny fowl-it's a sign of winter
answer snowflake ?
snake around anagram of fowl
Hi Bob - I understand & wasn't trying to cause trouble. It's just that when people without the puzzle aren't shown the pattern you have (as 'D?L?A?D', eg) it's more difficult for them to join in.

As to 'Snowflake' - 'snake' (reptile, eats; contains) anag (scrawny) 'fowl'

Hope this has cleared things up? :-)
