In desperation he has restored to Windows 7. It didn't work for him. Too many problems, all last night he mainly had a blank screen. Just occasionally managing to log on, then it would vanish again.
All restored ok, and to add insult to injury he can now print.

I am having this same problem tonight too many blank screens pages not loading driving me insane. think I am going to restore before too late.

Only wish I had had the sense to restore to W 8 within the 30 day period. W 10 is a nightmare, but now I'm stuck with it.
