High Vis Product

When my boys were little I got them a high vis band that fitted around them almost like a seat belt (across the waist and up over the shoulder)
Has anyone seen anything at all like this anywhere?

Yes. We wore them on our motorcycles. They were like a Sam Browne belt. Britmark rings a bell. Used to be bought from motor cycle clothing stores

Got a signed photo of me at LHR outside VIP Lounge, Southside, shaking hands with US President George Bush Snr. I was wearing one of these Hi vis motorcycle belts.
Would of declined to shake hands with his son though as I did with Mandela.

I`ve got one in the garage - I never use it because I use a high viz tabbard. Any cycle shop will sell them

That would be George H.W. Bush, not Sr. That aside that is enviable Retro… although I'd jump at the chance to shake President George W. Bush's hand. He's well though of in many circles here. Most of the criticism is his invasion of Iraq and the lack of weapons of mass distraction, but if you recall, nearly everyone was in agreement with his decision… including most of the now naysayers…

At any rate, I keep two or three of the Day-Glo Green reflective vest close by, especially in the car for emergency events...
