Paying Tesco Credit Card - Speak To A Person

I pay my Tesco credit card every month on an automatic phone call, but this month there is an odd amount I want to ask about.
What phone number, or combination of 'press keys' will get me a live body.
Have tried everything.

0345 300 4278 then press 2 wait do not enter your credit card number -they will ask three timesfor your number then you get a message 'wait while we transfer you to a member of our team

Thank you. Worked fine.
Asked the assistant about this problem. And she said to wait and press no buttons and eventually an option would be given to speak to an operator.
Will try that the next time I need to speak to someone.
