Thank you jourdain, I hope not Tuvok, although I did have a funny run in once with a customer in which she was very wrong...took 2 weeks to admit it but she came back and admitted she was wrong and asked for the shoe polish regardless.
Never thought of that gingejbee might do that lol!
Fancy a wee trip to Scotland Tone...it's the same trouble as before just been unable to afford getting it done until now, in addition to the timing belt and spring I need a darn drivers seat now too
