For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Rescue remedy is good for short term stress (like say a driving test) and St Johns Wort is good but it might be a couple of days till you feel any different - I swear it works instantly but that's probably just me. And excercise, even just a 10 min walk can work wonders and comedy dvds -always good.
Put some music on and dance like you're 5 years old ha ha (don't know what's up with me I'm on a roll!!!)
We are just about to exchange contracts on our move,waiting for a date,the house is full of cardboard boxes & I feel like POO.So I totally get where you are coming from asteroid99.The house we are living in just does'nt feel like mine anymore,so cannot relax when I get home from work.
So the Bex family would appreciate some tips too,before I am commited!!!LOL!!
