I saw someone on facebook sharing an allegedly "fake" email from paypal asking you to confirm details and saying that your account is restricted?

I now have the same email....

Beware!!!!!!!

Ignore it. If you've opened the e-mail and/or any attachment, do a full anti-virus scan of your computer.
Most likely a scam. Genuine Paypal emails always address you by name.

I only use my ipad or iphone..... I read it then deleted but sent a copy to paypal! Xx
Hi Tinks, hope you're well - we have a 'Spam & Scams' topic now for future reference.

You do well to take the advice given, there are some nasty so and sos about aren't there?
had the same,blocked them
I had it yesterday, forwarded it to spoof at paypal who confirmed it was a phishing scam.
this scam has been doing the rounds for some time
