Probems Opening Mail.
Hello boffins,
All day my bt internet service is refusing to let me open incoming email messages. I keep getting 'you have email' messages but can't open them. I can send test messages to myself but still can't open the replies when they come back.
Any ideas please?

Are you using a Windows PC? If so, are you going to the BT Mail website to access your mail or are you using an email client (such as Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird)?
Or are you using an Android phone or tablet? If so, are you using the default email app, a dedicated app supplied by BT or something else that you've downloaded? Or are you going to the BT Mail website via your Android device's browser? (If so, which browser is it?)
Or are you using an iPad or iPhone? (Again, is it with an email app or via your web browser?).
What actually happens when you try to access your mail? Do you get an error message or is the mail simply missing from your Inbox?
