Still Having Issues With Ex. Advice Needed
10 Answers
Hi all
I've had nothing but trouble with my ex partner as per previous posts. With regards to over payment to me of £50.
We've been speaking on and off for a few days and he's seen a gig we both wanted to attend and asked me to book the tickets which I stupidly did.
Now the money has been returned to my bank and he wants the £50 or he will call the police as I've stolen it.
Now my dilemma is that I now feel I should keep it as I booked the gig tickets totalling £52.
If he does call the police what do you think will happen? Will they side with me and say I should keep it as I've purchased the tickets? He's just stressing me out no end now.
Yes I was a mug to start talking to him again and to buy the tickets and I instantly regretted it!!

Yes he overpaid me but I then paid for our tickets to see a gig, so by my reckoning I should keep the money to cover the costs. But he's now threatening me with the police and saying I've stolen the money
