I`ve had Tesco for the past two years but have been told I`ve been "sold " to TalkTalk. Not wanting to be handed over like some package from one to another (and my personal details being moved over without my consent) I want to change to somewhere else. The Post Office seems reasonable available through a Comparison Company with no charge for Broadband and reasonable charge for Phone Line. Any better ideas out there please?
BT plain and simple -and if you are not satisfied with them and phone them they give you freebies -Today I rang complaining about my Broad Band speed and ended up with free BT sports package, and £5 off my monthly package with them. Oh and an assurance that fibre fast broadband is coming soon (won't hold my breath lol)
worth asking your neighbours who they're with and if they're any good. Just because a supplier is good in one part of the country, it doesn't necessarily mean it's the best for your street.
BT sure didn't give me any freebies when I phoned them yesterday. I am coming to the end of my contract period and expected they might do something to entice me to stay...nope nothing.
Sorry, I didn`t mention that it`s for Broadband and Phone. Thought the clue maybe was in the last sentence, quoting the PO for free Broadband and reasonable charge for the phone line.
cupotee call BT and mention Sky Broadband - that gets them interested - I am surprised they did not give you any offers -honestly every time I've called them I've got something free .
