Just an update really....my ex rang me last week sayin she misses me and also asking if i missed her and if i had met anyone else...

Anyway, i text her yesterday asking her to stop messing with my head, and she started texting me back telling me to leave her alone and that she had only rung me because i rang her first?????

Thats a massive lie because i made a point of not ringing.

I jsut dont understand why do women play these mind games?????

We play mind games coz we think it�s the only way of getting blokes to show their feelings. They either tell us to go away or they flirt back. Both sexes are to blame. If blokes just said what they feel or even talk about things then we wouldn�t have the need to play games. But some girls are a little bit worse than others and she sounds a bit psycho if she�s saying you rang her if you didn�t. Best thing to do is just ignore her. She may be just very lonely at the moment but after a while she�ll face facts and stop texting or just think that you�ve changed your number. if you have got someone else or are thinking of finding another then best to get rid of this ex, coz I don�t think she capable of being just friends.

If you don't want any further contact with you ex, why do you contact her at all, either phoning or texting? You are just making the situation worse. Don't respond at all, otherwise you are only giving a message that you're still prepared to get in touch for any reason at all.

But if you do want to still hear from her, (which being a bloke you haven�t said :-) ) then she seems like she still cares a lot so stop messing her around and tell her you still like her. But as I said before if you don�t then tell her and don�t message again. All too often blokes say leave me alone and when they get lonely they are back to texting again and then freak out when it gets too heavy for them so they shouldn�t have messaged in first place. God I would love to know why blokes and women are so different.

As tempting as it is to text or ring her. I would really try my best not to jibjab.

Know its easier said than done. Give yourselves time to decide what you both want. A break away may do you both some good.

I would leave it. Its seems like you�re both being as bad as each other. There was obviously a reason you both split up. I�d get rid of her number completely and if she starts messaging ignore them. If she still cant leave you alone then ask why she still messages and basically put if you still have feelings for me then lets work on it if not then please let me get on with my life.

jibjab: my male exes have played this game too. I think it's some sort of twisted human nature to want to f**k with other peoples' emotions. Exes especially like to make YOU feel like the one who's doing all the chasing when it's really the other way around. If she calls again, just say that you don't have time for her - don't mention anything about playing games, just say goodbye. She'll go away soon enough and leave you to enjoy your life! :)
