Thank you all, but I think I'm a lost cause until I have someone sitting on me shoulder. How do you 'come back to here'? I know I'm supposed to be able to shunt between various windows, but every time I've tried I've lost everything. I think I know how to highlight, but then everything disappears and I panic.

I really need to wait until Xmas holidays and granddaughter comes to visit and show me how. I think I'm what is called a 'technophobe' but I do try and I do want to be able to do it. I have never, ever, had any teaching or guidance, so I think I'm not doing too badly just being able to communicate. I've just had such terrible accidents (lost data etc) through misplaced, ignorant confidence that I'm scared to try on my own. Thanks anyway :) xx

Yes, Sharon. It's a great mystery to me, who decided, and why, it was a good idea to pay HB directly to the claimant. It's a recipe for 'disaster'. You could be forgiven for thinking they want people to get into trouble.

I heard some fat lazy slobbo yesterday complaining about her cancel tax being £22 ****ing quid a mumth. 'ow can I afford that eh? I get nuffin' for it y'know!.
What I want to know is... what kind of cardboard box under the pier is she living in. Who pays only £22 a month? Mine is in treble figures every month, as is most peoples no doubt.
