Quinoa - Protein or carb ?
I am currently food combining.....
Quinoa is a grain/seed and its a complete protein as it says so on the packet, but its also high in carbohydrate, so with me food combining at the moment eg separating carb & protein meals, which meal can I eat quinoa with ? Protein or carb ?
