Why do most (if not all....except pagan based) religions seem to denigrate women to second class status?
Women get a *BAD* rap when it comes to religious beliefs. WHY??
Women are life bearers/givers.
Sometimes I'm ashamed to be a man when I read of how women are treated in religious countries (such as Saudi Arabia).
Theland, Goodlife, Keyplus, and others....your views are outdated and backward. As are your 'scriptures'.
Just had to get that of my chest.
Thanks.

Religion, which men invented, is the perfect vehicle for this power. Deep down, of course, men's worst fear is that the children they spend time, money and affection on, might turn out to have been fathered by some other man, so controlling women is vital to their manhood.
Just imagine what a world we might live in if only men decided to control themselves instead of women !!!

I think that this may upset people, sorry. Men are generally lead by their p*e*n*i*s*e*s (gosh, that was hard to type). There seems to be some inbuilt, mental superiority about possessing one.
Last week (half-term) we had 6-yr. old grandson and 4 yr.-old granddaughter for an afternoon. Grandson very seriously told me that he had discovered that granddaughter did not have a pen*is as did he - and he was very worried about this. Where the heck did that come from? He was promptly informed that she had and would have other 'bits' which more than made up.
