Well they normally cut an appendage off i.e. a hand for theft? One can only imagine what would of been cut off in this case besides a tongue??

If it had happened in Riyadh there would have been nothing known about it.
What with the yards of cloth flapping about the place they could have been changing the engine of a Jeep under there.
