I've just made a bowl of this to have with cold chicken and a few home made chips tonight. I use white cabbage, grated carrot and grated onion, covered in mayo. Does anyone have any additions they use to perk it up a bit?
I also made a bowl of pineapple salsa, totally scrumptious.

Definitely apple and a bit of grated carrot. Definitely no salad cream ever in anything.
