Over the past few years, there's been a growing trend by some commentators to blame, or at least partly blame women for rape and sexual assault.

Now this Canadian judge has asked an assault victim ‘couldn’t you just keep your knees together?’

"Now this Canadian judge has asked an assault victim"
Well, that's not quite true is it?

Now, this judge is being investigated, and now this judge has been barred from hearing similar cases.
It actually happened a year ago. So the trend would seem to be in the opposite direction to that which you imply.
It seems judges everywhere are a little bit mad!
As TTT said- but, that apart, for goodness' sake!
