That would explain something to me Mr aog.When I first met my wife over 40yrs ago she was a student nurse at St Mary's Paddington. She was attached for a short while to the private Lindo wing.It was almost exclusively used by Arabs then. Nowadays the Royals have their babies there.
These rich,cultured gentleman would leave their beds in their dish dash,squat in the corner of the room and take a dump. The rooms were en-suite so why not use the correct facilities? Now we know. The toilets faced the wrong way!!!
