im not sure whether to go see him live, has anyone been to see him? i love comedians like ross noble, ardal o'hanlon, bill bailey, david mitchell and such people.

Hiya missjef! I've seen Ed three times live at the Edinburgh festival. Admittedly, last time was probably 6 or 7 years ago, and I thought he wasn't quite as sharp or funny as on the previous 2 occasions. First time I saw him live he did his psychology themed show which was absolutely superb..he's never been funnier. I'd go and see him again tho I think, cos he always makes me laugh. For comparison, I really like Ross Noble, David Mitchell, Brendan Burns, Tommy Tiernan, so we may have similar (ish?) tastes. Let me know if you do go, and if he's good! xx
