What do you snack on between meals? I'm trying to avoid eating biscuits, etc. at work so have started eating fruit but want some variety and can't think of anything else....?

Go to Holland and Barrett! You can get loads of cereal bars/fruit bars/sesame bars which are actually good for you and made with real ingredients. Also try taking grapes, oat cakes, and if you can be bothered, slices of carrot and houmous!
chocs and sweets is what i snack on but i guess you are looking for healthy alternatives - when i was a healthy person (a while ago now - just noticed i've put ANOTHER stone on grrr) i used to enjoy rice cakes (only the flavoured ones those - BBQ being the best in my opinion), carrot sticks, obviously all the fruits, oat biscuits (though quite high in calories they really do give you a lot of energy over a long period of time).

all quite nice - but not as good as the yorkie i have just polished off :)
maybe some veggie crudites? like raw peppers, carrots, cucumber all sliced into strips and served with a dip, makes a great change from boring lunches!
Olives, rice cakes, and oat bars. Mmm!

Beware of some of the items from H & B (above), as some of the real ingredients are sugar, which I assume you don't want.

Try dried fruit like raisins or sultanas, but read the packets to make sure they don't have added ingredients. The packets you buy for baking ar best, and you could keep them in tupperware or similar

Try these:-
Snack-a-jacks
Ryvita
Cubed cheese
Celery
Nuts
Flapjack
Cold toast is good too, just make some extra at breakfast time

Dried apricots are amazing for you, 3 of them will count as you RDA of iron and a portion of fruit and veg at the same time, and I think they taste really good too.

seeds are also great for you and with so many different varieties available you can have a real selection of flavours...excellent for lots of beneficial fibre and goodness!

Try to get a multi pack so you can see which ones you prefer!

I tend to eat raw carrots and sometimes celery. You can make some great low fat dips to go with them too. I have a recipe somewhere. I will have to look for you.
I get packs of mixed seeds and dried fruit from Tesco, they are really nice and good for you!
