Is There A Mistake On Daily Mail's Weekend Blankout 7 November?
34 Answers
Hello, Column J has one clue which will have to sit in the middle of the line to preserve the symmetry of the crossword
The column immediately next to it has three clues one, the middle one of which must also sit in the middle of the line to preserve the symmetry. I cannot avoid getting a letter from Column J and Column K next to each other but there isn't a clue for the row.
Have they made a mistake? Have you sorted out what it should be?

Fortunately I did it in pencil so got rid of all the blank squares I had put in, assuming it to br fully symmetrical, and started again. Let's hope next week's proves a little easier!
One or two of you mention working in pencil so that you can correct mistakes . I have a slightly different approach in that I photograph the puzzle then print it A4 size. So I can always re-print. Works a treat although the kids think it's a very 'old' thing to do ! Media URL: https://www.polaroidblipfoto.com/entry/2111177011341822208
