Flash Drive

I am trying to load my Sandisk flash drive secure vault. It won't load automatically, and it says in the instructions "Some computers may require you to open the computer directory to locate connected drive". So how do I do that? My pc is on windows not mac.

Depending on what version of windows you're using, you need to open "This PC" or maybe "My computer".
In there it'll give you a list of connected drives etc. The C drive is usually the main hard drive. The D drive is usually a DVD player/writer .... so it'll possibly be the E, F or even G drive depending on what you've got installed/connected.
