hiya, can i use Skype to phone landlines/mobiles through a PC without using a BT line and can i use a philips voip 321 skype phone, i've been told they are behind the times,many thanks in anticipation.

Well someone yas rightly said that you are behind the time. I would advise you to use VoIP via ATA (analogue telephone adapter). You have to spend nothing for that because main VoIP providers like packet 8, axvoice, ooma etc. are offering this device free
