How odd! It looks like some kind of magnetic attraction.

Did one (or both) of the front wheels lock up suddenly and totally? One front wheel came off.

Apparently there is a steel cable suspended a few inches above the ground - it is caught up in another vehicle

hc4361 - you've got it, the truck on the right is responsible and the video is not good enough quality to see the cable
