Not humorous no, but have only moved twice since I was married and the last time the movers managed to lose all my jewellery!

Pickfords delivered furniture 8.30am Christmas Eve....mother in law arrived to stay at 12.30...GGGRRRR....

in Norfolk..only garage and greenhouses...cars filled garage..and she wasn't getting in MY greenhouses !! lol

Claimed back on insurance but it is not the same as I lost some sentimental pieces. Mind you it gave my hubby a chance to open his wallet and replace most things.

Movers took my daughters piano to the block of flats opposite mine...up two flights also. "Dohhh!"

When we last moved (Jan 2013) we've no idea how the cat managed to come with us, last seen at old address the night before, appeared in new house following afternoon.
(We would have gone looking for him if need be)
