I don't know what family planning clinics deal with in the US but in the UK they do not perform abortions.

I suppose that makes sense. I'm assuming that abortion isn't covered by health insurance. Our family planning clinics don't deal with abortion because we only have to be referred by our GP.

This shooter wouldn't have known what people were there for. The people he killed might have just been in for a smear test!!
