It is possible that your cat could get TB from an infected badger but he is far more likely to get it from an infected vole. 187 cats were infected in one year so the risks are very low, but something to be aware of.
We had one a few years ago . The vet said our dog wouldn't catch anything .It wandered around the garden even if I was out there . The RSPCA did come out because it got stuck behind a shed. We had new fences put up and the neighbours each side and it hasn't come back since. Made a right mess of the garden but a beautiful creature
