doctors!!??!!

hello! im new here, and hoping all you lovely ppl can help me out with all my problems! (geez i have alot lol) but for now ill just mention my fear of doctors. not the ppl, but the place. i really want to go to doctors to get tested for STI's but im really really scared :S im too scared to even book an appointment. any of you lot had these tests? plz reassure me that nothing bad's going to happen lol....thanx alot :)

Years ago I went to a STD clinic and was diagnosed with Chlamydia. Not a problem at all. They are very nice people and thorough. Got sorted out really quickly and only went the once. It might help as it's not a doctor's surgery, but if you are very afraid of anywhere medical it might not be of much use.

You may want to take a trusted friend with you to keep you company. If you explain your situation and fear I'm sure they will do their best for you. Good Luck
