Music in Waterloo Road

In today's episode (13.04.06) What was the music being played when Izzie and Tom *finally* got together at Tom's? I scribbled down the words 'i will return and fill the space in your heart' and googled it and it came up as 'the promise' by Jim, but having listened to it on itunes, it really doesn't sound like the song they played! Any ideas?
