In the recent case where the drummer for Bob Marley was claiming royalties it was claimed he reportedly has 52 kids, if this is the case would it be the most kids fathered by one man or is there othere examples of men having a lot of kids?

Aston 'Family Man' barrett was the bass player with The Wailers, and has just lost a legal claim for unpaid royalties from the band's back catalogue.

Jamaican men often have large numbers of children with their wives and girlfriends, and keep track of them, hence Aston being aware of the number of children he has.

Any man who has had a lot of unprotected sex with a large number of partners could have fathered hundreds, or even thousands of children, but be unaware of them, so the potential number is unknown.
