Same for me when the hamster chewed a button off, Sky just replaced it for nothing. We have a service contract with them though, that might make a difference.
Trt I just have problems with the TV guide one and that's the main one for a start sometimes takes a minute to make contact . Can't find a free number for sky .def not ringing .
As far as I can make out calls are only free if you have there broadband or other packages . I don't have any of there packages only the lowest package with entertainment channels ect .
if its only getting the tv guide up on screen your having problems with, just press back up, it brings up the guide on the channel number your watching then go to 101 for the whole guide
