Thank you for your advice I did put another comment on ,but to let you know that the nasty daughter has also asked for her fathers CDs to give to her sons who never saw there grandfather the lady has decided she want nothing more to do with any of the old mans family and will return said CDs along with a mobility scooter which she paid for she has receipt 700 pounds to them , time will tell if the good daughter will discuss the will with her and if the old man did leave any money to her she does not want any of that either she wants to be left alone to grieve and remember the good short time that they had together so thank you again for your brilliant advice

if she has the receipt for the mobility scooter then she can resist the demands for its handover
( ctually I am a veteran of a post mortem fight over a scooter like that )
