She'll have faked her death and had plastic surgery so that they can bring in a different actress to play her now that Ruth Wilson is carving a career in the US.

Absolutely loved it. (recorded it as Mr Q somehow does not appreciate the delicious Idris!) Very exciting - I think Alice will be back. (Pity Justin won't - really liked him, they shouldn't have killed him off in the last series.) Can't wait for next Tuesday!

I am new to Luther - not shy why it has passed me by, but I saw the potted 'catch up', so I more or less know where we are. I am part way through the first episode, and am enjoying it - will have to score the series some time - although my current viewing schedule encompasses - NYPD Blue Series 2 - coming Christmas Day, and the other nine throughout the year.
