Probably nothing much, it just happens. And if you don't have a reason to cry about, don't start thinking that there should be one. Don't go find one either. However, when you start, I'd suggest you to let it all out. Let it all flow out, finish a carton of tissue or something.

Although there must be a lot of stuff happening in your life, you seem to be coping well. And crying doesn't necessarily means that you're upset or emotional. Perhaps the tears are just a sign that your body needs to take a break, have a little time to yourself. GO out and get some ice cream or something sweet. Helps balance the hormones.

Best wishes.

I agree with gnisy, try and take some time out if possible.

I often burst into tears for no good reason - which makes it difficult to explain to someone trying to comfort you!

Hope everyone who's replied feel better soon too, especially my rugeley.

i never had the accident....my best mate did!!

but it still hurts, cus im'e a big girls blouse!!

Smashing blouse rugeley!

Hi kazzi. I know just how you feel, hun, sometimes I just want to go to bed and sob, but not know why. I don't usually have major problems, just feel like everything gets on top of me for a bit, so you're not alone.

I hope you're feeling a lot better soon- lots of hugs for you (and get some ice cream!) :o) xxx

(rugeley, you didn't mention you had a skin head before! That's my favourite hair style- lol! ;o) (sorry, kazzi xxx))

hi kazzi, how you doing now? hope your a feeling a bit brighter, not like you to be down, sit down tonight, relax and have a glass of wine, a glass mind, not a bottle !!!

take care, Rayxx

Hi Kazzianne, I feel exactly the same sometimes! Don't beat yourself up over it, you just need to release some 'emotion'... Your only human and can only take on so much before it gets to you.....

My trick is to have a relaxing hot bath with my favourite bubbles (loads of em)...and I'll read a couple of stories from Chicken Soup for the Soul. Sometimes, they 'help' me cry...but all said and done, I generally feel better afterwards.....and I'll then dig into Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream!

Big hugs and happy thoughts on their way over to ya.

Hi kazzianne, not much advice for you other than go somewhere on your own and have a big old cry! I always find this helps when i get like that. There's often no reason, just feel down brcause sometimes, life is tough. I sometimes think when we are Mums running our homes and families, we feel we can't let it show when we are feeling a bit down, stiff upper lip and we are the ones keeping things together. Its sometimes easier said than done and is bound to take its toll now and then. I think you sound like a terrific lady from your posts, so chin up, thinking of you Xxxxx. Big hug!

Hi Kazzianne, I hope you are feeling better now. We all have bad days, today I went out with my sister, and nearly started blubbing while we were having a chin wag over coffee. And if someone is nice to you, doesnt it make you blub more! (does me)

Hope you are feeling more sparkly tomorrow. Sounds to me you are doing a great job, juggling work, and kids. xx

Hi Kazzianne I just noticed your post. Im so sorry you are feeling blue it can be really hard sometimes just getting on with things day to day at times. I think everyone has given you great advice but I just wanted to say remember and look after yourself - even little things like having a bath and shutting the door for an hour- or going out for a wander on your lunch break- having a potter about the garden if you have one , go to the gym on your own etc taking some time for yourself to just daydream and sort your head out. It helps me. We forget how important it is to try and have a bit of quality time on our own sometimes. I hope you feel better soon and if all else fails get a tub of Haagen dazs !!
