update on sea kelp tablets

hi ive been taking sea kelp tablets fro a couple of weeks now to grow my hair.they are 30mg each tab and i take 3 a day(it says take 1-3).in the shop they had 100mg tabs which you can also take 3 per day.do you think i should get the higher dose tabs or just keep the 30 mg ones?has anyone seen evedence of them working on hair growth? cheers guys and gals xx

I think they are great my hair is really long (waist level) and very healthy. Could never get it to grow that long without split ends before. Its up to you if you take 90 or 100mg daily, personally I take 1x100mg as I hate the taste and couldnt face swallowing 3 of them!

I don't mean to offend but I am amazed that people actualy waste money on stuff like this.

When i was taking them I took 2 * 50mg a day and my hair grew really fast.

I've stopped taking them now and it has gone back to normal
