To use some photos on another application I need to have them in alphabetical order. Now the problem is that they are named (1) through to (118) and the application then lists them in alphabetical order ie. (1), then (100) and so on instead of 1, 2, 3, etc. Hope I have explained that clearly.
So is there any simple way of renaming my files so that the application (which cannot be changed)can list them in the correct order?
TIA

Rename them using 3 digits start with 001
You'd have to do that manually, Noe-schitt. I think he's looking for a semi-automatic method.

Thanks, yes to label them individually would be a very slow job. I need to do it automatically.

SOLVED! by accident. I Selected all the files and tried to rename them with the prefix 00. Well it changed the first one to that, then renumbered all the rest beginning at 119. However the application now reads them in that order which is all that I need.
Thanks for your patience.
