I cooked a turkey yesterday and refrigerated it as soon as I had finished carving, I would like to reheat the turkey, is it possible to do this safely, I have read conflicting advice on the internet.

No don't re-heat the turkey, but slice it up and re-heat the "slices " when necessary.....says Mrs sqad.
No expert but I'd rather have it cold. Maybe in sandwiches. The danger is warming up the bugs encouraging multiplication rather than killing them off with enough heat. Chances are you'd get away with it though.

I reheated it as slices in gravy to stop it drying out, it was lovely, now time will tell if we all keel over with food poisoning! x
I always slice any poultry that is left...keep refrigerated/frozen and reheat in a steam bag..keeps all the moisture in !
