red pimento pepper

garlic

anchovy

lemon

or almonds, i love the garlic ones myself

Hi frandora, The most common filling you find in supermarket jars of stuffed olives is 'red pimento'. Less frequently sliced almond and then, as everybody has said, just about anything that will fit !!
