For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I'm 34 and was born with clicky hips. They still click in and out with every step I take but this has not hindered me much at all. I did gymnastics from age 6 to 18 as wel as dancing and other sports without problems.
The only, very minor, problems I have are that they sometimes lock if in a certain position (like kneeling on all fours and raising leg to the side, not that common that you'd do that though unless doing old aerobic excersise) Also if I walk for a long time (a very long time, like 17 miles the last time it happened) they tend to burn at the joints a tad.
The only treatment I received as a baby was to wear 2 terry nappies to act as support from birth.
