I am 18 I am quite fit already but not muscled just slim does anybody have any idea how many times a week id need to work out to keep quite but not very muscled(nowhere near bodybuilding just to have a nice body slightly less than ryan philipe philip olivier
I used to train twice a week, two hour sessions and this developed my physique but did not make me into Arnold Schwartzenegger. Each two hour session was a solid two hour work out. To start with, you need to use (relative to your ability) heavy weights, then when you have developed muscle bulk, reduce the weight, do more reps to develop shape. A good gym shpould be able to advise you better than me.
