I think you mean she is not worthy, on the basis of being friends with The Krays, rather than the way it can be read - that Ms. Windsor was not a friend of the Krays. when clearly she was, as a matter of record.

Personally, I don't think you can can be castigated for your choice of friends - plenty of the great and the good associate with unsavoury characters - it did Sinatra and The Kennedys no harm in their time.
