I have often thought for years that those who make the most noise about a particularly distasteful event or crime might do it just to draw any suspicion away from their own misdeeds of a similar nature.

It's a good point though - you'd have thought with Spanky Sal in his background he'd have concentrated more on flood defences as a platform. 17 is legal but it's still 'not on', unless of course you happen to be destined for greatness like the first head of Ofsted, Chris Woodhead.
