So first of all I don't know much about computers so if anyone could answer my question please explain it in an easy way so i can understand it too. :)

My problem is that when I start to play a game my screen goes black. My game is still running, I can still see the subtitles, hear the sounds. If i quit to the game options I can see almost everything except the background which is still black. So my computer doesn't freeze and I can quit the game and restart it if i want to. If I restart the game it works for a little while but after that the same thing happens. What is the problem with my computer and what could I do about it? Thanks in advance for the answers! :)

P.S. Sorry about my mistakes, my English is not perfect but I hope you can understand it.:D

My first guess would be a lack of resources. Does your PC have the minimum recommended memory/disk space/CPU speed/etc. etc. etc. to play the game ?

I think I have all the resources I need because It happens with more than one game. And I have some games that I played with many times before and there wasn't any problem until now.
It's a overheating problem. Open up the case and clean the fans out with compressed air.
Try running the game with the case open.
I'd try HC's suggestion first,
Try moving your screen, does it go black, then come back on? If so there could be a connection problem with your screen. (sometimes mine does this when playing games, but it is a laptop)
Or it might be that you need to upgrade your graphics card (?)
