Can't Attach Photos To Yahoo Mail

The title says it all, millions of people and I can't attach photos to Yahoo emails, I hate Yahoo with a passion and normally use gmail but I belong to a small club whose email account is with Yahoo so I have to persevere.
I remember a tip from somewhere that if you open Yahoo without add ons (or was it plug ins) you can then send the pictures/ files but for the life of me I can't remember if I dreamt that up and if I didn't how I actually did it - can anyone shed any light for me??

What is the file size? I'm pretty sure Yahoo limits their file sizes to about 5 meg per e-mail.

Any file size is a problem, I have Googled the problem and the world and his wife is complaining about it.

You havent said if its a computer (mac, pc, and which browser) or if its a tablet (type and app)

Sorry, it's a laptop on Chrome and on IE however two friends have the same problem, one is on a laptop and one is on a desk computer.
