Sadly in this case it is NOT better late than never.

What is the point of a judge saying this when you have already let the people in.

It is a bit like a politician saying it was a mistake to join the common market or to let so many immigrants in.

It has already happened so to bemoan it is too late.
just like our laws the eussr will trample all over the german laws and take precedence, because once you are enslaved into the eussr empire you bow to their laws, you do not have control of your country they do !

and as VHG has said, the people are already in...adolf merkel will probably be sticking two fingers up at the german judiciary as her malevolent organisation holds the power reins....
I take it there is no form of punishment for this colossal disaster ?

Disgrace may not be enough, but to have the next president of the US (D.Trump)to say at a meeting of 30,000, "Angela Merkel, have you seen what this woman is doing to Germany? - unbelievable, unbelievable! " is some form of punishment I suppose.

true enough Khandro. She is quickly losing support according to reports -

Support for Chancellor Angela Merkel, under pressure over her policies to welcome refugees, also fell - with 39% of people agreeing the chancellor was doing a "good job" in this area, down from 47% in December.

Cologne attacks: Migrant men banned from German swimming pool
I take no comfort from the fact that two fifths of the German people think that inviting half a million young Muslim men into their country and using their money to feed and house them is "doing a good job".
Is there something im dem Wasser, Khandro?

It depends on whose statistics you look at. Some of the denier-media are still attempting to stifle reality, and there are so many statistics flying around. In this link to the swimming pool ban;

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/germany/12102679/German-town-bans-asylum-seekers-from-swimming-pool-after-harassment-complaints.html

It is claimed that, "sixty-six per cent of the 1,203 respondents said Germany cannot handle the migrant influx, up from 46 per cent in December."

v_e; I don't think there is anything in the water, but I sure think there's something in the air es liegt in der Luft If you are interested I can give you renowned sociologist, prof. Khando's formulated opinion on this.
