Hello all EVers,
Enjoyed this immensely, populated the grid quite quickly. At that point I had found 5 Innocents and 4 Weapons, the fifth was more carefully hidden, so I had two potential murder scenes, 1 culprit but 2 possible weapons. Having found the fifth, well hidden weapon, I was able to write the required information under the grid. Grid gazing, not my favourite occupation, was the order of the day, in order to modify the 4 letters. In fact it was more obvious than I anticipated.

As a youngster I had a similar Board Game called WHY. Apparently it was devised by Alfred Hitchcock, and it involved 4 sleuths travelling around a board, by throws of a dice which had a haunted house as the back-drop, and a track for the sleuths to follow and enter various rooms to collect cards. The sleuths had to find cards that revealed the ghost and how the person had been killed! Each ghost consisted of a jig-saw of 4 cards, as did each weapon. Almost like whist, but collecting cards by a different means! One set of 6 cards also built a shadow of Alfred Hitchcock. The answer to the obvious question is YES, I do still have that Board Game along with Scoop, Risk and Go! Never owned Monopoly!
