Is it time to set and fix the dates for Easter?

The variation affects so many things such as School term, visitor attractions reopening etc and with dates varying across a whole moon cycle would you prefer it to be set in stone now?

Moveable even... (this 'phone is heading for the nearest window)
Should have used "His" too.
Corby, the date and even the year of Christ's birth is not known . The best estimate is 4th April 4BC .
Christmas is on the old pagan festival of Yuletide, which was the date that the hours of sunlight could be seen to be increasing and showed that spring was on the way. Easter is also a Pagan festival it was traditionally celebrated by worshiping an erect penis ( the May pole) it was a fertility festival and was regarded as the best time to have sex with the highest chance of getting pregnant.
The church tends to play down that part of the festival !
If it was fixed Easter eggs would be in the shops in November
Absolutely, as long as Easter Day is on a Sunday. The Church is in full agreement.
I wasn't suggesting the exact date of Jesus' birth was known only that it makes no sense for the date He died to be a date that moves. Where is the logic in that?
Quite enjoy never knowing when Easter will be until I buy a new diary
