Sorry for the late response. I'm now relocated and in a relationship so I don't sit by my laptop/desktop. I've had one and it was pretty disturbing. I'm not going to go into it for two reasons; 1. I can't be bothered to go into (most of my friends on AB are on FaceBook). 2. I don't want to come across an attention seeker. I'm OK :)

attention seeking is what CB is for, so don't worry about that part of it. I hope you're safely over it. Nothing psychotic for me but my brain did shut down for an hour a few years ago. It wasn't instant so I could feel it happening. Odd experience.

I once went ballistic when someone wanted to smother my carefully prepared pasta sauce with ruddy tomato ketchup.....not sure if that counts !

It is me. I've been allocated a CPN and I'm already under the mental health services. I just wanted to know if someone has add one before?

My ability to see was burred and I would hear people taking to me (people that didn't exist). I was in and out of hospital every day from Monday - Saturday. I had to rely on people helping me and ensuring that I didn't do anything stupid.
