Any advice?
Apply to one of the ads -presumably they wasnt someone to fulfil a contract
You'll (probably) have to get your own equipment; vacuum-cleaner, mop, dusters, cleaning cloths/products, buckets, protective clothing/bootees/masks.....and you'll need somewhere to store/clean them.
You'll need a vehicle to transport them in (remember to get Business Insurance on it).
You'll need to calculate either an hourly-rate, a daily-rate, or per job.
Do you have an idea of what it is like to clean 'professionally' rather than just your own domestic cleaning?
